SHOP
MANAGEMENT
An internal platform built around how Delaney Diagnostics receives service requests, protects attachments, manages shop workflow, and moves toward server-backed work orders.

Shop operations, not a generic demo.
Project documentation records public service-request intake, private attachment storage, a MySQL-backed request inbox and status workflow, server-backed shop settings, transactional request conversion, and audit logging.
A later work-order candidate passed documented structure and security review but was awaiting deployment in the reviewed project record. Future customer, vehicle, appointment, estimate, inspection, inventory, invoice, payment, and reporting work remains roadmap—not completed product scope.
Server records, guarded changes, clear audit history.
The documented architecture emphasizes authentication, authorization, CSRF protection, validation, prepared database operations, transactions, and audit logging.
